YouTube controls availability and permissions for embedded playback. Share only content you are entitled to access and do not use rooms to infringe copyrights or other rights. The ability to embed a video is not a grant of rights to download, redistribute or publicly screen it.
ViewTalk provides no downloading, offline playback, audio extraction, DRM circumvention or bypass for age, region or account restrictions. It does not host or claim ownership of the selected videos and is not endorsed by YouTube or Google.
Room conduct
Do not harass people, distribute illegal content, expose personal information or abuse the service. Share room links and passwords with trusted people. Nicknames are not verified identities and the password is an entry check, not a confidentiality guarantee.
Chat and queue data are temporary; do not use them as your only record. There is no public posting service, active chat moderation, kick/block tool or in-room report queue. Report concerns through Contact. The operator may restrict abusive service use where technically possible, but cannot promise live intervention or recovery of deleted content.
Availability and responsibility
Playback depends on YouTube, browser rules and network conditions. Ads, buffering and live streams can affect synchronization. The service may change or be interrupted and no uninterrupted playback or data recovery is promised. ViewTalk is not designed for children; respect applicable age requirements for the external services.
